SolvEO (task management)

One of the key aspects of effective working is providing people involved in the process only with information that’s important for them or needed for their job. Relevant personal and task-related content (such as tasks to delegate) should be highlighted, less important information should be featured with the option to be disabled. SolvEO offers management, staff, and administrative users a modern, work-optimized platform to administrate and track different types of tasks that can be found in the organization.

Unified management of tasks coming from different channels

SolvEO can receive tasks from emails and other applications, but it lets you create tasks on its own platform as well. This makes it possible to direct tasks coming from various channels to a single system, as well as to track and manage them in a unified manner.

Bridging differences in task performance caused by differing operational methods

Depending on the type of the task, our system provides users with unique options. This enables the management of recurring tasks, special managerial tasks, project tasks, approval or review tasks, or even unique, workflow-generated tasks coming from external systems in a single system.

Responsibility, tracking

Each user can access the tasks stored in SolvEO with an individually configurable view. In addition to uniquely configurable interfaces, progress tracking is also facilitated by drill-down views and, in case of split tasks, hierarchy charts. The interface also provides access to the status change logs that can be complemented by any report of choice during configuration.

Preserving data assets (team collaboration)

Documents and other content created while completing tasks form a part of a company’s data assets. Preserving them and ensuring authorized-based access is not only important for defining responsibilities, but it could also provide additional information for a task at a later stage which could facilitate the work. In addition to documents, our system lets you attach teamwork areas as well so you can manage the results of subtasks in a unified manner.

Tasks created in other applications

Using the unified task receiving interface, tasks created in other workflow support solutions can be sent to the SolvEO system where they will appear to the assignee in the same way as any other assigned task. However, when they click on the task, it will let them complete it on the source application platform, meaning that tasks created in different workflow support solutions (mostly approvals) can be made available in a unified manner without damaging the application logic of the system which contains the original business logic.
